The key is internal for collaborations within your account and to add any company to your list of agents, i-rent.net users as well as external parties. More information about how to collaborate you can find on our help website.

The code and SysId on the other hand you need to give to the external websites. That way they can receive your information. How to publish on external websites you can find here on our help websites.

In the latest version of Mozilla Firefox of February they have decided to introduce their own PDF viewer. Unfortunately they are having a problem with this new PDF Viewer as it can’t fill fillable PDF forms. This affects the reservation forms of the i-rent.net system, they open with the fields in blank. This problem is know with Mozilla Firefox and we hope they solve it soon.

Other browsers like Internet Explorer and Google Chrome work correct.
