Guest reviews now available to owners

Dear clients,

We are pleased to announce that we have added a new feature to the owner platform, which allows owners with the appropriate set permissions in i-Rent to view guests’ reviews.

This feature is designed to provide more transparency and allow the owner to gain insight into the guests’ feedback. With this update, we aim to improve communication between you and the owners. By having instant access to reviews, owners can recognise the strengths of the accommodation and the ¨issues¨.

Key benefit of the new feature:
– Identify opportunities for improvement: By analysing reviews, the owner can better understand what the guests value and identify any bottlenecks that need improvement.

To give access to this function, make sure the owner account has the correct permissions. In i-Rent, go to the menu ¨People¨ and go to ¨Owners¨. Click on the pencil in front of the owner’s name and a new screen will open. In the second tab, go to ¨login¨ where you set the permissions for the owner and create the login, at the bottom of the list you will see:
accommodation -> Ratings

Don´t forget to save the new settings.
